Katie tells the story of the terrific surprise she received in a Starfruit Cafe cup:
 

We live right around the corner from the Halsted location and I LOVE Starfruit. When I got home last night, Eric was in the kitchen and said he stopped by there on the way home. He pulled some kefir out of the freezer and started eating it. I grabbed a spoon and started bugging him to share (typical).  He pulled it away and goes, "Get out of there. This one's mine." Right as I started to complain, he went to the freezer and said, "I got you your own," and pulled out the container with the ring in it, got down on his knee, and proposed. I said yes (I think).

Yelp Office Hours

Mark your calendars: on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM we'll be hosting February's Yelp Office Hours at the Starfruit Cafe on Halsted.
